Kaina respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We have implemented a copyright policy in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that any material posted on or through our Platform infringes the copyright in your work, please contact us with correspondence containing the following:
Required Information for DMCA Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification, with information reasonably sufficient to allow its location of the material that is claimed to be infringing;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and,
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Important Notice
You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this policy, your DMCA notice may not be valid.

Our Response Process
- Receipt: We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 48 hours
- Review: Our legal team will review the notice for completeness and validity
- Investigation: We will investigate the alleged infringement and may contact the content owner
- Action: If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material
- Notification: We will notify the content owner of the removal and provide them with your contact information
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your contact information
Repeat Infringers
Kaina maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We may also terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe the user has engaged in copyright infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure that your notice is accurate and that you have the right to make the complaint.
